If the existing production line is to operate reasonably, it is inseparable to use a fully automatic baler.

The automatic baler has the following three ranges of use to suit different needs. - for a high-volume production line; - for several fiber production lines; - for the automation of existing balers. A fully automatic baler for a high-volume fiber production line requires full-automatic operation of the line from the start of the staple fiber cutter to the stacking of the package. The operation method of the automatic baler:

1. First of all, the power supply must pay attention to the grounding work of the power supply. The plug must have a suitable grounding pin. This is to avoid contact caused by improper operation.

3. In addition, in the working environment with corrosive and dusty, the frequency of use of the machine should be minimized to avoid shortening the service life of the machine due to improper use. Try to avoid the automatic baler operating in a humid or dusty environment to prevent damage to the fully automatic baler.

4, the need for special packaging operation of the product, it is good to work after the commissioning of the machine, it is worse than fragile items and leaky items.

5. The automatic baler has a suitable operating condition: the temperature is generally between -25 and 50 degrees Celsius, which should meet our normal operation.

6. During the normal operation of the baler, if you are a non-professional technician, please keep the distance of 1 meter away. The technicians are not allowed to put the head and hands into the ring to avoid unnecessary damage.

7. After purchasing the automatic baler, our customers are to develop safe operating procedures and train special operators to prevent accidents.

8. When our operators are operating, if there is a problem with the automatic baler, we must first cut off the power and then repair it, or have a professional technician to carry out the repair.
